REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
How to participate in the CIDEMA Congress 2025?
To participate in the CIDEMA II International Scientific and Business Congress (2025), please follow these three simple steps:
1) Submit your Abstract
Upload your abstract using the official online submission form. Once your abstract is received, it will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Deadline: November 10, 2025.
2) Complete your Registration Payment
After your abstract has been accepted, proceed to the payment page to confirm your registration for the Congress and Business Day.
Payment deadline: November 16, 2025.
3) If you only participate in the Business Day, confirm here (free)
If you plan to attend the Business Day on November 21, 2025, at Nebrija University, NBTS Madrid, please complete your registration on the on the link.

Payment is made per author and per presentation
Maximum number of submissions per author is 2 presentations.
Papers with more than 4 authors will not be accepted.
For example, if a paper is signed by three authors, all three researchers must pay registration fees.
A certificate of attendance and/or paper attendance will be issued
The abstract proposal will be published in a Proceedings book with ISBN in digital format.
The presentation will be published as a book chapter with ISBN registration under an academic publisher recognized in the field. The volume will be available in printed format (shipping to Spain and Portugal only) and through virtual download for international participants.
