PUBLICATION GUIDELINES
PUBLICATION CONDITIONS
ABSTRACT PROPOSAL
Anyone wishing to submit a proposal must do so through the corresponding section of the platform, including an abstract of up to 400 words, in accordance with the official template available in the Submissions section.
If the abstract is accepted, the author(s) must complete their registration and payment by November 5, 2025, and later submit the full paper by the established deadline.
The full paper must follow the formatting and structure defined in the official guidelines provided by the Congress organizers. Only original and unpublished papers will be accepted. All submissions will undergo an anti-plagiarism review and will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee for potential inclusion in the official publication.
Papers may be written in Spanish or English. The maximum length shall be 7,500 words (all inclusive), following the instructions and format specified in the downloadable template.
SPECIFIC GUIDELINES
TITLE
Title of the paper in Spanish and English, which must concisely and clearly summarize the main research idea. Specialized abbreviations should be avoided. Approximately 70 characters.
SUBTITLE
Optional. In Spanish and English. Approximately 40-50 characters.
AUTHOR
Name and surname of all authors. In order to correctly identify each author, especially in the case of common surnames, and in order to give visibility to women by name, both surnames and first name should be included.
INSTITUTIONAL AFFILIATION OF AUTHORS
Institution, city and country of the institution where the researcher works or collaborates and, where applicable, institution and country where the research was conducted. Research articles that include publication of results from funded research must indicate the funding source.
ABSTRACT (EN/ES)
Summary of the research in English and Spanish, with brief reference to the following issues: background, methodology, techniques used, results and main conclusions. No specialised abbreviations. It should not exceed 400 words.
KEYWORDS (EN/ES)
Main terms that identify the research conducted. 2 to 5 keywords in Spanish and English, separated by semicolons.
TYPOGRAPHY
Font and size. Titles in Arial 14. Text in Arial 12 single-spaced.
LENGTH
Scientific contributions should not exceed 7500 words.
SUBMISSION CONTENT
INTRODUCTION
This section must include:
– Purpose of the research.
– Background, highlighting the most relevant contributions and the perspectives from which the phenomenon or fact under investigation has been studied.
– Objectives: they should be clear, achievable and measurable.
– Justification or rationale, which should include the novelty and originality of the research presented.
– May contain sub-items (1.1. – 1.2. – 1.3. – etc.).
DESIGN AND METHOD
This section must include:
– Formal object: the phenomenon or fact being studied and the perspective or viewpoint from which it is approached.
– Type of research: exploratory, descriptive, explanatory, qualitative, quantitative, experimental, quasi-experimental, deductive, inductive, longitudinal, cross-sectional, etc.
– Hypothesis: its existence will depend on the type of research (exploratory research, as well as descriptive research, typically do not have one).
– Scope of study: includes the target population, the units of analysis (temporal, territorial, analytical).
– Sample when applicable, indicating the method used for its selection and the type of sampling.
– Analysis variables: these must be related to the objectives and hypotheses.
– Research techniques employed, with justification for those used and guarantees of their validity and reliability.
– May contain subsections (2.1. – 2.2. – 2.3. – etc.).
FIELDWORK AND DATA ANALYSIS

This section must include:
– Brief explanation of the steps followed during data collection with indication of the dates when it was carried out.– Type of data analysis used.
– May contain subsections (3.1. – 3.2. – 3.3. – etc.).
RESULTS
This is the most important part of the article and must present the main findings achieved.
– Whenever possible, use graphs and tables to present the data.
– When graphs or tables are used, the information should not be duplicated in text format.
– Its length will depend on the type of results obtained, although the most relevant ones should be included in a summarized form, but explained clearly and simply without losing sight of scientific rigor.
– Citations from other authors or self-citations should not be included in this section.
– The writing style should be clear and concise.
– May contain subsections (4.1. – 4.2. – 4.3. – etc.).
CONCLUSIONS AND DISCUSSION
This section must include:
– Synthesis of the main findings related to the formal object of the research.
– Confirmation or refutation of the hypotheses.
– Citations from other authors or self-citations are not included in the conclusions, but they are included in the discussion when the results obtained are compared with those from other research studies.
– May contain subsections (5.1. – 5.2. – 5.3. – etc.).
REFERENCES
According to APA 7th edition standards (American Psychological Association). The bibliography used—that is, only those sources referenced in the text—will be compiled at the end of the work, ordered alphabetically by author’s last name and first name. Last name and first name will be repeated in each entry.
Basic format:

OTHER GUIDELINES
PAPER
The paper size is DIN A4 (width 21 cm and height 29.7 cm)
FOOTNOTES
They will be located at the foot of the page, never at the end of the article, and will be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals. Notes should not exceed a maximum of 60 words. Notes containing only bibliographical quotations should be avoided.
FIGURES, ILLUSTRATIONS AND PHOTOGRAPHS
No figure shall occupy more than one page. They must be separated from the text by Arabic numerals. Figures must be represented with sufficient contrast. The size of the lines and the thickness of the lines must be appropriate for possible reduction. Explanations of conventional symbols should be given at the foot of the figure. Photographs or images must be sharp. The format shall be TIFF or JPEG and shall have a minimum resolution of 300 dots per inch. In all cases, the data source from which the figure has been produced must be indicated in the caption. All images and figures must be included in the body of the article and must also be sent by e-mail in jpg format in a separate folder.
CHARTS, GRAPHS AND TABLES
They shall be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals. Each table will have a brief title and none of them will take up more than one page. Tables, images, maps and graphic elements in general, in addition to being incorporated into the body of the work, must be submitted as they are obtained from the original programme, including references to their location and always in black and white or grey scale. As in the case of figures, the source of data from which the table has been drawn up must be indicated at the foot of the table. All tables, graphs and charts must be included in the body of the article.
