How to participate in the CIDEMA Congress 2025?

To participate in the CIDEMA II International Scientific and Business Congress (2025), please follow these three simple steps:

1) Submit your Abstract
Upload your abstract using the official online submission form. Once your abstract is received, it will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Deadline: November 10, 2025.

2) Complete your Registration Payment
After your abstract has been accepted, proceed to the payment page to confirm your registration for the Congress and Business Day.
Payment deadline: November 16, 2025.

3) If you only participate in the Business Day, confirm here (free)
If you plan to attend the Business Day on November 21, 2025, at Nebrija University, NBTS Madrid, please complete your registration on the on the link.

1. Abstract Submission Guidelines

The CIDEMA II International Scientific and Business Congress (2025) invites researchers, professionals, and academics to submit original abstracts that explore the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in business, management, economics, and society. Please read the following guidelines carefully before preparing your abstract.

Submission Process

  • Deadline: November 10, 2025
  • How to submit: Please fill out and upload your file using the official form available at the bottom of this page. Abstracts must be uploaded exclusively through the form; submissions by email will not be accepted. Files must be in Word format (.doc or .docx). PDF files will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts and papers may be submitted either in English or in Spanish

Formatting Requirements

  • Length: up to 400 words
  • Page size: A4 (21 cm × 29.7 cm); margins 2 cm on all sides
  • Font: Arial 12; title in UPPERCASE, bold, 14 pt, centered
  • Spacing: single, justified alignment
  • Keywords: 2–5 in English and Spanish, separated by semicolons
  • Citations: parenthetical citations should not appear within the abstract

Submission Limit

Each author may submit up to two abstracts, whether as single author or in co-authorship.

Registration Requirement

Authors of accepted abstracts must complete registration and payment by November 16, 2025, to remain eligible to present and to submit the full paper for publication.

2. BOOK CHAPTER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Authors whose abstracts are accepted after the double-blind peer review process conducted by the Scientific Committee will be invited to submit a full paper for publication as a book chapter in a collective academic volume with ISBN registration. The publication will include approved communications and teaching materials presented during the Congress and will be released in digital open-access format during the first quarter of 2026.

  • How to submit: Please fill out and upload your file using the same official form available at the bottom of this page. Full papers must be uploaded exclusively through the form; submissions by email will not be accepted. Files must be in Word format (.doc or .docx). PDF files will not be accepted.

  • Papers may be written and submitted either in English or in Spanish.

Formatting Requirements

  • Page size: A4 (21 cm × 29.7 cm); margins 2 cm on all sides

  • Font: Arial 12; title in UPPERCASE, bold, 14 pt, centered

  • Spacing: single, justified alignment

  • Length: up to 7,500 words, including tables, figures, and references

  • Only original and unpublished papers will be accepted.

  • All submissions will undergo anti-plagiarism screening and scientific evaluation by the Congress Committee.

3. Peer Review and Evaluation

All submissions are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process coordinated by the Scientific Committee.
Evaluation criteria include:

  • Originality and relevance to the Congress themes

  • Methodological rigor and clarity of argumentation

  • Quality of results and contribution to knowledge

  • Compliance with academic and ethical standards

Accepted abstracts will be notified by email before November 14, 2025.

4. Ethical and Originality Statement

Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
By uploading their file, authors confirm compliance with ethical standards, citation integrity, and authorship responsibility.
All papers are verified through anti-plagiarism software to ensure academic integrity and transparency.

5. Publication and Visibility

Accepted chapters will be published in a digital collective volume with ISBN registration, coordinated by the Congress Editorial Committee.
The publication will follow open-access principles, maximizing academic visibility and citability, and will be released in April 2026.
